GENERAL
2. PRICING 2.2 All prices include royal mail delivery to U.K. mainland destinations. 2.3 Prices shown are subject to review without prior notice being given and are valid at the time of viewing. 2.4 Pricing is displayed clearly at the time of purchase and is not subject to change once the order has been placed with Isisjewellerybox.com 2.5 All prices are inclusive of delivery charges for delivery to all U.K. mainland destinations. 2.6 Carriage charges to all other destinations other than the U.K. mainland are as specified. 2.7 If, in error, we have incorrectly priced an item, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we despatch the item to you. In those circumstances, we will notify the correct price to you so you can decide whether or not you wish to continue with the order at that price. If you decide not to order the item, we will give you a full refund or credit note on any amount already paid for that item in accordance with our refunds policy
3. PAYMENT 3.3 Cheques must be made payable to either J Collett or P. French 4. TRANSFER OF RISK The risk in the goods shall fully pass to the Customer once the goods have been delivered by our nominated delivery company and signed for. 5. DELIVERY Isis Jewellery Box aims to deliver all products within fourteen working days from the cleared payment date. Despatch will normally takes place once the payment is cleared. Any orders which will exceed 30 days to complete, we will therefore notify you the customer via email and you will then be offered to choose an alternate piece or the option to cancel and a refund or credit note for all or part of the order.
5.2 Isis Jewellery Box cannot be held responsible for delay in the delivery caused by our suppliers or by our nominated delivery company, severe weather conditions. Goods that are proven to be "lost in transit" will be re-despatched without delay once the "loss" has been confirmed with our nominated delivery company.

7.1 By law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of goods ordered within seven working days (referred to as the "cooling off period") of the day after the date the item is delivered. To cancel your purchase within the seven-working-day cooling-off period, please contact us by telephoning us on 01666 838409 or by emailing us at info@isisjewellerybox.com stating the reason for cancellation or return. 7.2 Please note that we cannot accept returns if you deliver them to us by hand. 7.3 For your protection, we recommend that you package the relevant item(s) securely and return it to us using Royal Mail's Special Delivery service so that we receive it within seven working days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you. 7.4 Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective. If we do not receive the item back from you we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost. All goods returned to us by yourselves are your responsibility for loss until received goods are back at Isis Jewellery Box offices 7.5 You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for additional services carried out by us (eg: gift wrapping) as this service forms part of a separate contract with us and by its very nature needs to be applied before goods can be shipped. 7.6 The cost of gift wrapping is not refundable for goods that have been cancelled within the cooling off period but is refundable for goods that have been delivered in error.
8. RETURNS PROCEDURE 8.3 For returns made for any other reason than a manufacturing defect, the original shipping charge will not be included in the amount refunded to the customer.
The faulty or damaged product must be returned to the location specified by Isis jewellery Box before the refund or replacement can be issued. Refunds are processed within seven days of a product being received by Isis Jewellery Box. 8.5 You are required to take reasonable care of items. Please return an item in its original and undamaged packaging with all of its components. If an item is returned undamaged and in its original and undamaged packaging, we will offer you a refund in accordance with our refund policy. 8.6 If you do not return the item as instructed within 7 days of cancellation, we will make a charge in respect of the cost of recovering (or attempting to recover) the item. 8.7 If you do not return an item after our reasonable attempts to recover it, you will be deemed to have accepted the item, at which point a new purchase contract will be made and you will be charged for your order at the price then displayed within Isis Jewellery Box for the relevant product/s. 9. REFUNDS 9.1 Refunds are normally made within seven days of goods being received by Isis Jewellery Box but can take up to a maximum of 30 days during peak seasonal times.
